✅ Organize and back up the footage.

✅ Turn those moments into approximately 3–5 long-form videos and 10–20 short-form clips.

✅ Remove dead space, improve pacing, clean up audio, and create clear rough cuts.Prepare organized projects for our Designer / Animator to add captions, branding, motion graphics, and the final polish.

Are you a video editor who would rather produce 20 useful videos than spend three days perfecting one flashy edit?

We’re hiring a Video Editor / Videographer to join our media team in El Paso.

This is a role for someone who likes clear systems, consistent output, and making valuable content better.

We’re looking for someone who has at least two years of professional editing experience.

Each week, we produce a two-hour livestream featuring education, demonstrations, questions, and conversations about helping people with knee and hip arthritis improve their mobility and avoid unnecessary surgery.

We’re looking for someone who has at least two years of professional editing experience, is great in Adobe Premiere Pro, and knows how to operate cameras, microphones, and basic lighting.More importantly, you need good judgment.
