What Are We Looking For?

  • Someone who loves to learn and wants to have a better understanding of Manual Physical Therapy

  • Someone who quickly builds trust with patients and is driven to strengthen patient relationships.

  • Someone who listens and wants to collaborate as a team and is always striving to make themselves better.

  • Someone who is comfortable on camera (though not a dealbreaker), as we enjoy creating videos and sharing content on social media.

Who should apply for this Clinical Experience?

  • Students looking for advanced mentorship to grow and learn skills beyond basic PT school (only for the last clinical rotation).

  • Students looking to spend time learning rather than treating as many patients as possible each day. (We want to make you can go home feeling energized instead of exhausted).

  • You’re eager to deepen your knowledge of Manual Physical Therapy, which encompasses advanced joint and soft-tissue manipulation, expert exercise prescription, and refined diagnostic PT skills. (It’s my evaluation and treatment process which helps me to get to the source of the problem, then quickly progress the patient to get them back to their life and the things they want to do).

  • You do not like working for corporations. You are looking for more of a family feel.

  • You want to be part of a cash-pay practice from the ground up, allowing you to focus on patient care rather than paperwork and the headaches of dealing with insurance companies.

  • You've got an outgoing personality and are up for daily challenges.

Some of the best perks we offer are:

✅ Complete focus on one patient at a time, as we see each patient for 30-60 minutes of one-to-one treatments.

✅ Being able to see 8-12 patients a day. Go home feeling energized, not exhausted.

✅ Mentorship by a Fellowship Trained Manual Physical Therapist. (This is really hard to find and very few students get this level of training. Students usually are better prepared than many PTs with years in practice).
