We’re looking for a Junior Sales Development Representative to help our potential customers get the information they need to improve their health.

This role is a blend of sales and customer service with a track leading to commission based sales. Your tasks would focus on communication as the first point of contact for new leads with the goal of setting appointments for our Program Specialists.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow in sales, health, or business. A background in kinesiolgy, personal training, exercise science, or pre-physical therapy is preferred.

The activities of our Junior Sales Development Representative role include but aren’t limited to:

  • Reach out to potential clients who have inquired through our website, social media, or ads.

  • Communicate through phone calls, text messages, emails, and direct mail.

  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our Program Specialists.

  • Track daily activity, appointments set, and lead outcomes in our CRM system.

  • Follow up consistently and provide an excellent customer experience.

  • Work closely with the Program Specialist to meet and exceed weekly goals.

  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to improve skills

Qualifications for the Junior Sales Development Representative Role:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
    Positive, professional, and coachable attitude.

  • Organized and detail-oriented with good follow-up habits.

  • Comfortable making phone calls and talking with people daily.

  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to El Paso, TX (this is not a remote role).
  • Experience in the health, fitness, or medical industries is a plus
