The activities of our Sales Associate role include but aren’t limited to:
- Speak with warm leads over the phone, text messages, and email to understand their needs and recommend the program that best fits them.
- Confidently explain our products, tiers, and upgrade options to potential clients.
- Handle common objections and guide people toward making empowered decisions about their health.
- Manage follow-ups, pipeline updates, and conversion tracking in the CRM.
- Maintain a strong conviction of our mission, services, and success stories to build trust with potential clients.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
